What To Do If You Feel Corona Symptoms

Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by a newly discovered coronavirus.

Most people infected with the corona virus will have moderate respiratory illness and recover without requiring special treatment.  Older people, with chronic diseases such as: diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma may suffer from critical complications, so It is preferred to be isolated in hospitals.

Symptoms of coronavirus: dry cough, dry throat, fever, fatigue, loss of sense of smell and taste and some gastrointestinal symptoms such as diarrhea.

pH of coronavirus varies between 5.5 to 8.5 and your best choice is eating food with pH higher than 8.5 such as: lime, mandarine, orange, mango, garlic, avocado.

Coronavirus prevention

What should you do if you feel Corona symptoms?

1- Home quarantine.

2- Wearing the face mask and staying in a solo room.

3- ٍSpecify a bathroom to the patient, if this is not available he should disinfect the bathroom after each usage.

4- ِAllocate specific tableware to the patient.

5- Washing the patient’s clothes alone and never touching anything belongs to him without wearing gloves.

6- Get rid of the patient's trash in the right way by sprinkling with alcohol and tie well.

7- Eat healthy food containing fruit and vegetables.

8- Wash fruits and vegetables well to avoid typhoid infection.

9- Drink hot drinks, especially ginger with lemon and honey.

10- Drink a lot of water to keep your mouth moist.

11- Take 1gm vitamin C, lactoferrin and zinctron every day.

12- You can keep in touch with a doctor by phone.

13- You should visit the doctor only if you feel dyspnea, gastric pain or diarrhea.

14- Measure oxygen levels in blood by ABG test or by using pulse oximeter devices which can be easily used at home.(If your blood oxygen level is below 95 mmHg, you should have ventilation sessions).

15- You can use a home oxygen generator to complete your treatment at home.

16- Make the D-dimer test to make sure there are no blood clots may cause pulmonary embolism.

  •  Prophylactic dose if D Dimer between 500- 1000
  •  Therapeutic dose if D Dimer > 1000

17- Make a CBC (Complete Blood Count) test.

18- Do not leave your quarantine before 10-14 days.
